Trading During Tournaments

To keep tournaments competitive, eligibility is controlled by a snapshot.

Key rules

  • You can buy shares any time before the player enters the pitch. Once they enter, we snapshot your eligible shares for that tournament.

  • When the player enters the pitch, Football.fun takes a snapshot of your eligible shares (shares with active contracts).

  • If you sell after the snapshot, the shares you sold are no longer eligible for rewards in that tournament.

Reward splitting (simple)

Tournament rewards are split across eligible shares at snapshot time. If fewer eligible shares remain, each remaining eligible share can represent a larger slice of the reward pool.

Tournament rewards are set for 4PM UTC on the day after the final tournament game. You can trade winning players again from 3PM UTC, one hour before rewards are claimable.
