Gold
Gold is what is used to buy shares of players. You can earn Gold by selling shares in your squad.
On Pro, Gold is 1:1 conversion with USDC (base).
Fees (simple)
Fees exist to keep the market stable and gameplay fair, especially during high volatility or large sells. The app will always show your exact fee before you confirm.
Base fees: buy 3%, sell 3%
Swap reduces buy side to 2%

Dynamic Fees
In certain situations (for example, large sells or rapid price drops), a protective dynamic fee may apply. This is designed to reduce extreme volatility and discourage sudden dumping.
When this is triggered, you will have a higher fee on selling than usual for the player in question. The below table is the breakdown of how fees dynamically change depending on how a players share price has dropped.

The other dynamic sale fee is triggered if the amount of tokens you are trying to sell is greater than 5% of the token reserves in the liquidity pool. This means if you are attempting to do a trade that is selling more than 5% of the token reserves, it will warn you that it'll be a 25% fee.
The warning in-app will also showcase you how much of a % you are attempting to sell in one go.
You can easily avoid this dynamic fee by selling more gradually in smaller increments.
Trading Slippage
On our marketplace there's often a lot of trading activity happening at once. Slippage is when the price changes between the moment you press to start a trade and when the trade actually goes through.
You can adjust the slippage as you like. But if the price goes out of that range before your trade completes, it will revert the trade.
Example: You see 100 gold = 1,000 shares of Bellingham. With 10% slippage, you're saying "I'm okay with paying as high as 110 gold (10% extra) for those 1,000 if the price is moving whilst my trade is still finishing" And in this scenario if the price changes more than 10% (anything above 110 gold) the trade will not go through.
Tournament Points
Tournament Points (TP) is what is used to open up Player Packs. TP is earned based on your performance in the tournament with your squad picks. Head to the Tournament Prizes Page to learn more.
