Trading During Tournaments

When a tournament is live, eligibility is controlled by a snapshot.

  • You can buy shares any time before a player’s NFL game starts.

  • At game start, the platform snapshots your eligible shares (shares with active contracts).

  • If you sell shares after snapshot, the shares you sold are no longer eligible for rewards in that tournament.

  • Rewards are split across eligible shares at snapshot time, if fewer eligible shares remain, each remaining eligible share can represent a larger slice of the reward.

Example

  • At time of snapshot you have 900 X Player Shares

  • You buy 100 more shares after the game starts -> Total shares held = 1000 shares

  • You sell 50 shares -> Snapshot unchanged (remained at 900)

  • You sell another 100 shares -> Snapshot drops to 850 and will no longer be able to increase back to the 900 original snapshot.
