How are Picks rewards calculated?
Beat your division average to qualify for a Picks reward. Your share of the reward pool is based on the division you're competing in, the value you field in your lineup and your finishing position in your division.
Beat the average to qualify
- Your Picks score is compared with the average score in your division.
- If you beat the division average, you qualify for a share of the Picks reward pool. You don’t need to finish in a particular percentage of your division to qualify.

How the rewards are calculated
Once you qualify, your Picks rewards reflect:
- Your conviction: the eligible value you hold in your five Picks, after any concentration adjustment (see below).
- Your performance: how high you finish in your division.
- Your progression: the division you've reached through your Picks performances.
Your finishing position give you a performance multiplier:
Finish in your division | Performance multiplier |
|---|---|
Top 1% | 5× |
Top 5% | 4× |
Top 10% | 3× |
Top 25% | 2× |
All other qualifying managers | 1× |
An additional dynamic division multiplier gives higher divisions greater reward potential for equivalent results.

Your share of the reward pool
- Rewarded divisions share one Picks reward pool.
- In Pro Football, the rewarded divisions are Gold, Diamond and Elite, in NFL it is Gold division. All Free to Play divisions are rewarded.
- Your share of the total qualifying reward weight across all rewarded divisions determines your share of the pool. For example, 8% of the total weight earns 8% of the total shared pool.

What happens if most of my value is in one player?
- To prevent a single player from accounting for almost all of your reward weight, a concentration adjustment applies when one Pick represents more than 40% of your total fielded Picks value.
- Value up to 40% counts in full. Any value above 40% still counts, but at 25% of its value.
- Your excess value isn't removed — it simply has less influence on your Picks reward.

When is my Picks value calculated?
- A snapshot of player prices is taken at the start of the tournament.
- The number of shares you own is recorded when each of your Picks enters the pitch in football, or when their game starts in NFL. Your Picks value is calculated using those shares and the locked tournament-start price.
- If you sell shares after this, the number of shares counted towards your Picks value can decrease. The player's score still counts, but the value of shares sold is removed from your reward weight. This can also change how the 40% concentration adjustment applies to the remaining Picks: value over the cap counts at 25% of its value.
